Delicious Spreadable Chevres
Garlic and Herb: Smooth creamy spreadable chevre with a zesty blend of Italian herbs and fresh hand-crushed garlic. Perfect over pasta.
Parisienne: A delicious soft spreadable cheese that has a mild aromatic blend of flavors based on tarragon and chives, no garlic. Cathy loves this on her breakfast toast.
Pesto: Mild rustica Italian flavor made with our own soft spreadable chevre mixed with fresh organic basil, olive oil and garlic. Great in sandwiches.
Rosemary: Made with our own hand-chopped fresh organic rosemary, this flavorful robust chevre is a favorite.
Peppercorn: A lovely colorful creamy chevre made with freshly ground mixed peppercorns. Elegant with simple crackers and drizzled olive oil.
Chipolte: Smooth colorful chevre flavored with ground smoky, mildly-hot peppers; wonderfully subtle taste. Excellent with tortilla chips or in enchilladas.
Garlic and Dill: Amazing taste combination, this smooth creamy chevre is kicked up with fragrant dill and hand-crushed garlic.
Sweet Smoked Paprika: Delicious smooth creamy chevre, similar to chipolte, but without the heat. Colorful and mildly spicy. Try it on a baked potato or a dollop in your soup.
Tomato and Basil: Imbued with sundried tomato and basil, this creamy cheese is great with crackers or on pasta.
Classic Chevre: The subtle creamy goodness of chevre, plain and simple, the best way to taste the actual cheese.

Feta - Traditional tangy, greek style: dry-salted blocks or crumbled with herbs. Perfect on salads.
Matinicus Rock- Flat rounds sprinkled with herbs. Three flavors. 4 oz.
Bloomy Rind Cheeses
Stonington Granite- An 8 oz pyramid dusted with vegetable ash. The ripe cheese appears white, but when cut shows a thin black line of ash. A mellow mushroomy flavor. Also comes in a 4 oz mini-Granite.
Sea Smoke- A large dense cheese with layers of ash, a beautiful cheese for those looking for something very special with a totally different flavor.
Camembert- An 8 oz firm handsome cheese, creamy interior and lovely mushroomy flavor. In 8 oz Camembert and 3 oz Bagaduce Buttons. (not pictured- coming soon!)
Buttons and Mini-Buttons- Lovely for party or use the mini-buttons as a special topping for a salad, these light smooth cheeses are perfectly mild and delicious.
*Rare* Demi-Brie- The most sought after cheese from Sunset Acres Farm is our demi-brie, made by hand with expert care for the discriminating palate of our favorite customers. (We apologize this is not pictured, our site is still under construction)
